Guess the Coffee Beans in the Jar Competition

This competition will be operating in retail outlets and cafes for the duration of Fair Trade Fortnight. Drop in to one of the listed outlets to guess the number of fairtrade coffee beans and make a gold coin donation towards the 'Build a Fair Trade House' project (more info at participating outlets). Prizes available at each outlet for the closest guess!

A fun day to generate awareness about fair trade! The tournament will involve 16 teams of 5-8 players (5 on-field at any time), playing round-robin matches and then quarter, semi and grand finals.
Community, Corporate, Council, Media and Trade teams are invited to be involved. Food & drinks will be available throughout the day from fair trade vendors, and families and friends are welcome to join in this event. Children are encouraged to be involved as mascots and ball collectors, and in mini-kicks, soccer-ball juggling, and other activities between games.
Each team will receive a Fairtrade soccer ball, a Fairtrade tearooms gift, a certificate of participation, and will be in the running for the Tournament Trophy. Other prizes are up for grabs such as 'best team shirts', 'best mascot', and grandest faux pas. Come along as a spectator or nominate a team today!
