The Second Annual Fair Trade Cake Auction
Sunday 29 April 7PM
Local Food Artist, Mandy Skipper has kindly donated her time and resources to make an exquisite Fairtrade chocolate cake. This cake will feaure Green & Blacks Maya Gold Chocolate and AlterEco Sugar as
Fairtrade ingredients, and will be decorated with a fairly traded
peruvian ocarina. It is also made using 100% organic/biodynamic ingredients, as local to Perth as possible. Curious??? Then come and place a bid:
Last year the cake went under the hammer for $200! Who will take the cake this year and how much will they pay?!? Funds raised will support the designated Fair Trade Fortnight projects.
