General Policies

Complaints Handling Policy 

This policy is for members of the public and Fairtrade licensees and certified clients who wish to make a complaint about Fairtrade ANZ

Child Protection Policy 

This policy applies to all Fairtrade activities that impact upon children


Fairtrade Standards

Fairtrade International is responsible for setting and maintaining the Fairtrade Standards

There are product specific Standards, as well as Standards for all supply chain actors (small producer organisations, hired labour, contract production and traders).

The Fairtrade Trader Standard applies to all Licensees and Clients buying or selling Fairtrade products.


Policies for Licensees and Certified Clients

All Licensees and Certified Clients with Fairtrade ANZ must be able to demonstrate compliance with Fairtrade Policies.

The Compliance Criteria detail the specific elements that will be covered during an audit for all Fairtrade traders and product categories.
