Public Forum - Papua New Guinea Coffee Farmer Talk
Come and hear first hand about the benefits of Fairtrade to the coffee farming communities in the Highlands of Papua New Guinea. Henry Ame the General Manger of Coffee Connections in Goroka and Daniel Kinne, Chairperson of the Highlands Organic Agriculture Co-operative talk about coffee in the Papuan New Guinea Highlands.

With Latin and Indian fusion and African drumming come and celebrate Fairtrade Fortnight while enjoying world music from places where fair trade commodities and crafts are produced.
Cafe Collective showcases three great bands:
- Akwaaba African drumming and dancing
- The Hybrid Collective, contemporary Indian fusion
- Latin Fusion (the name says it all)
