The Fair Trade Association will be hosting a very special invitation-only evening with Ms Kohinoor Yeasmin at the Abbotsford Convent on Tuesday 4 May. Kohinoor Yeasmin, CEO of Tarango, who has more than 16 years of experience working in women’s economic empowerment, fair trade, and micro-enterprise programs in Bangladesh, Afghanistan and Pakistan. The evening also includes a presentation by STREAT, a social enterprise providing disadvantaged youth with pathways to careers in hospitality.

VIP launch of SA Fair Trade (SAFT), the South Australian team from the Fair Trade Association of Australia and New Zealand (FTAANZ).
SAFT aims to collaborate on a local level to link and resource stakeholders. We are helping to bring about a great Fair Trade Fortnight 2010 centered in Rundle Mall, to showcase local Fair Trade lines, communicate the Fair Trade ethos to the wider community, and involve the public and you as much as possible.
